It's been 2 long years sense the last REVO race. It's even harder to believe it's been 9 years sense the passing of one of my best friends and one of the best guys anyone could call a friend in RC Mike "REVO" Chuinard. So in his honor we have this race each year. In his spirit, for the fun of it. And man was it a fun time. We had some great racing all night with some of Nor Cal's fastest racers. We went 30 deep in TC 13.5 (Super Stock) with Nor Cal's fastest like Juan Aveytia, Aaron Young, Jeff Hastings, Doug Lemmons, Derek Stephansen, Marshall Keener and a whole slew more. In the end it was Juan with the run away win in TC 13.5. The racing was a blast, and I had a blast. Congrats to Kathy Davenport with the win in TC Stock running a BL 17.5. We had the min guys, can't forget Mike's favorite class, congratulations to Terry Owyung in Mini.

I'd also like to say by one last time to an old friend that will be moving out of state. Many of you know Darrell Choat as the crusty old dude that's been racing oval with us for the better part of 8 years now. Well Darrell remarried his ex-wife and is moving back home to Indiana. Thanks for all the fun times Crusty, I know it's only later till we see you the next time on the track my friend. Dan and I would like to thank all that came out and enjoyed a fun night of racing under the lights, in the memory of a fallen RC buddy at this years REVO race.
